    Petit 360i wheel applicators.

I installed two tankless water heaters and twinned them together to get the flow that I needed. I am using d110 and then boosting it with ADD hi. Cars are coming out super clean.

    Petit 360i wheel applicators.

The ultra soak is a separate chemical just for the wheels/tires. I am running two passes of alkaline on my top and middle wash. First pass through the arms, second pass through rain bar and 3x foam pods. With the led lights you can't tell the presoak isn't colored and the coverage is...

    Petit 360i wheel applicators.

I installed them on my new machine and I can tell a big difference especially on the brake dust. I am applying ultra soak hi by Quest on the tires and down the bottom of the truck. As far as the freezing issue I couldn't tell you. Other Petit operators I talked to said they recommended them...

    Fittings leaking

I took them all back off, taped, and used Teflon paste and that seemed to do the trick.

    Installing used units

My first wash I bought a used PDQ M5 and had a PDQ distributor install it. 8 years later the machine is still washing cars. My second site I built I had the same distributor mount a used Washworld High Velocity and I wired and plumbed it in. It ended up being a busy site so I installed a...

    Fittings leaking

Because I am an anal kind of person and try to prepare for worst case scenario. The brass hex nipples are standard male pipe threads on both ends. Nothing different about them that I can tell.

    Fittings leaking

Where the check valves meet the brass nipple, leaks under high pressure. I have taken them all off and retaped them but they still leak only when HP is running. Not sure if I over tightened them or what. They are bottomed out. Anybody got any suggestions?

Anyone notice an increase in business for 2021?

All three of my sites that are open have already passed what they did last year and we still have almost 2.5 months to go. Anyone else seen this increase? Wondering if more people have stimulus/unemployment money to spend or are people just in their cars that much more nowadays. I have...

    Cryptopay $10 auth for vacuums

I am telling you if you will change the name of your car wash on cryptopay to "Pre-Auth Auto Shower" or whatever the name of that wash is, 99.9% of those calls will go away. I used to get several calls a week, sometimes daily. Now I might get a call every couple of months.

    Bought a used wash.

Haven't been installing the Petit for 4 months. This was a total rehab. Only thing left after I gutted it was a 2" water line coming out of the concrete. I built my own SS equipment, RO system, installed dual tankless water heaters, ran new 1" gas lines and the list goes on. My wife and I...

    Ultrasound sensor calibration

If you are talking about the side ultrasonics put the machine in maintenance mode "instant 20" . And then push "config 5" and then enter. It will go to the home position when it's done.

    Bought a used wash.

Have not quite finished the site but the Petit is done. I will post a video when it's running. I ended up going part-time at my job. We have a baby on the way so insurance was important to me. I work two 10-hour days back to back every week and I get to keep my full benefits. So far it's...

    Color Wash, Amazing!

Yes. You could do that. It will take up to 8 inputs so you could put a time clock or something to send a signal at 10 to switch it.
