I would love it if there was some way to speak to the customers from afar. Lord knows how many times I am watching the cameras and I wish I could say something to whomever is in the bay or at the automatic.

I have tried many different signs, different placement, etc. Bottom line is that most customers don't read signs, and the ones that do just ignore them. Good luck.

You are correct, I do not have a water softener. I think what the PURCLEAN does is to eliminate the need for a softener.

What brand machines are you using? Mine does shoot out an atomized mist, it just seems very strong compared to my JC units.
