Been here since 2012. I bought a wash at a auction not knowing anything about car washes. Without this forum I would be lost. Thanks to Randy and everyone else that has taking time to answer my questions. My wife and I are now building our second wash in a neighboring town.

I do HP rinse after 3x. I wouldn't say it gets the 3x off 100%. Still a little bit of suds on glass on the offending side. Maybe I should slow down the HP rinse and see if that helps.

It's been set up this way for a couple of years and has worked fine. 3x foam goes on before the Rain X.

He was right on how he told me to apply it. I called ZEP and talked to their Rain X man. I think I have another issue going on. We are wondering if I have so much moisture in my air that it could be diluting the chemical. Im installing a air/water separator to see if that helps.

I was going to uprage my High Velocity with the flex pass option. Its an extra $3000.00. I was thinking of doing Rain X and Spot free through it to speed up the wash. What passes were you doing with it? I don't want to waste my money if it isn't that good.

The city does not use chloramine, but they use Chlorine and Fluoride. So do I need Carbon or Centaur in my tank for my RO system.
