You need the slot 1/2 to 3/4 way up the side. I'd shoot the air and liquid in at both ends. Maybe Start mixing the foam in a 1/2" tubing some distance before it hits the PVC.

Thankfully, the server problem has apparently been solved. It involved moving to a different server. Because of someone maybe in Bangladesh, they forgot to modify the config file, so the site was down for a few hours. Hopefully this issue is over.

IMO, you better know what every single item cost in your company. IMO, if you do not know what it cost you to produce/provide the product/service either you will be screwing the customer or screwing yourself. Neither is a good thing.

I would bet that it is the chemicals , not the water. You can clean out the lines with a solvent of some sort.
