Thanks Damoni88. I believe I'm using the correct tip ( maybe bigger) for the soap 1. It is the one that always seems to have an issue with the small check valve in the suction tip. I could try 9 seconds ( easy to do) What soap are you using on 1 and 2? Thanks again, Vic

got it. Thanks I will check the solenoid. the foot valve is ok, but very little to no suction when the solenoid opens up. I removed the hose and orifice and still barely any suction when the solenoid opens( water is flowing) Thanks again, Vic

MY other eductors- hydrominders are the float type like from Kleen Rite. This one is different.

Here is a better picture. The valve turns an electric solenoid ON to fill the tank. The top hose is the soap suction and it doesn't seem to pull very well when the water is being put into the tank. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Vic

Thanks for all the input. Sherwin Williams has a paint called "Sherlastic". I might give it a try. The original paint lasted over 16 years, And it doesn't look awful to this day. So I have to go the paint route.

under the paint is concrete block. The paint actually doesn't look to bad and its 16 years old, the moss has taken over in some spaces and it removes the paint and starts etching the concrete block underneath. I appreciate everyones opinion. Thanks Vic I try to post some pictures later.
