Biggest Pet Peeves --- and solutions

I did that for about six months. People coming through every 15 minutes or so and leaving the doors open made that not an option. I've had one issue with someone prying on the heavy hasp, minor damage, but since then they haven't been touched.

If he doesn't buy it, I'll send you a lock too.

    Istobal Pump

And keep on top of maintenance, don't let the pump run low pressure or leaking until it's beyond repair.

    Hot Water for Presoak?

Water has no viscosity. Rinsing with hot doesn't "rinse" any better than cold.

    Hot Water for Presoak?

The heater in the presoak tank is mainly there to maintain heat, not heat it for use. It's probably too small to heat your presoak if it gets really busy.

Speeding Up Time To The Bay

What line empties when not in use? I run my tire cleaner at 70 psi liquid, 65 air. Needle valves are closed down pretty far so I don't use chemical too fast, but the pressure gets it to the tip pretty quickly.

Biggest Pet Peeves --- and solutions

But don't just put padlocks on the original hasps, they'll just twist the hasps off. I had to make lock brackets out of 1/4" angle stainless to keep them out.

Nayax to LED 5 Dixmor wiring

No, the LED5 has no provision to interface with any CC reader. The Nayax reader will work independently of the timer.

    Medco cylinder lock problem

I've got a bunch of old ones I only have one key for and don't have a number to order more keys. I'd planned to send them to the LockPickingLawyer on YouTube, but I'll keep one to open up and make a video. I can upload raw unedited video straight from the camera.

    Cat 530 Plunger Rod

My guess would be a bad plunger or possibly the bolt. I'd replace them both.

Probably in the same way this dealership is not very well hidden: https://www.covertford.com/

Nayax to LED 5 Dixmor wiring

    You can't use a LED5 for count-up.

    Istobal Pump

It's not going to be a "company produced" item. That would be too expensive. A lot of equipment manufacturers just cover up the factory label with their own to make it harder to find an aftermarket replacement.

    Water Softener Problem

I can probably help you but I need to know what kind of softener.

    Cat 530 Plunger Rod

It could be leaking from the low pressure seal now. If it only leaks when the pump is running, it might be the plunger or plunger seals, but if it leaks all the time it's the low pressure seal. There should be a slinger washer and split washer on the piston that aren't in your pictures above...

    Magic Wand Tri Foam

I've never done exactly what you said, but I've built many trifoam systems that use three solenoids to feed one Flojet. It works perfectly fine.
