Need some recommendations on what type and size hose/tubing to run to the bays for spot free rinse and at what pressure to deliver. Thanks for the suggestions.

You may have a festoon cable going bad

Just wondered if it made a difference. Being in a controlled environment such as your shop may make a difference also.

They don't have to be very damp at all, just enough to fill a little dampness. Validators are a year and a half old, but this has been an issue since day 1. I do have the dip switch on high acceptance.

I have a bunch of MEI acceptors, but if the bills have any dampness to them they will reject them. Try the same damp bill on any of them and they all will reject it. Everybody have the same issue? and is there a fix for it?

Make sure you have air at the brush. May have a leak or restriction before it gets to the brush.

Cash, Card, Apps, Trade, Swap, whatever, Take it all. Deal with other issues as needed.
