Hadn't seen that, but I've got a tap in for repair now. Went completely dead. Called them a few months ago because unit was always very warm to the point of it being "sticky" on the face. Not been in service a year.

IMHO-350 would be fair to both parties. Would not teeter far from that.

Grease? Am I missing out on another revenue stream?

Kleen-Rite catalog calls the 32 degree nozzle "The Perfect Car Wash Nozzle". Would like to hear comments from operators that have used this nozzle. Agree or disagree?

The comfort hose is an awesome hp wand hose. Would love to see stainless fittings on each end.

I'm using this pre made hose from Kleen Rite Foamy Brush Hose 15ft | 3/8in MPE | 3/8in Push Lock (kleen-ritecorp.com)

The push lock will start leaking in a few months. Then you cut it off which is a pain, and re-install it and try a hose clamp, but them after a few months it's leaking again.

Could you post some part #s for the correct ones?

What check valves do you like to use on your set-up? Would you use the same one on all the set-ups? Could you post a link?

Looks like I need a new one. My red hat has a small hole in the diaphragm. The cost for a rebuild kit is more than a many new valves. Anyone have a suggestion on a new valve? 1/2" 110v. Thanks.

Stumbled on a "Tom's Way" video on Kleen Rite site about plumbing a low pressure system. He's saying to tee the 1/4" poly tubing (air and product) together in the equipment room and run 1/2" Polybraid to the bay, with no foam generator needed. I've always ran 1/4" poly tube to bay and tee...
