Just don't mistake D&S with N/S. They both make truck washing equipment, but the N/S stuff is a joke. They mostly sell to car rental places, and by the time they call for service they have everything pulled back with bungee cords and are literally ramming the cars through.

That's what a "swivel saver" hose is for, a one foot piece that goes into the boom so the swivel doesn't wear out from being pulled on. Kleen-Rite will make them male/female ends so you don't need any other fittings and it looks cleaner. The swivel saver outlasts a couple of bay hoses to the gun.

Rotary, the Electroswitch brand last for me up to ten years. Pushbuttons get beat up too easily, the systems are expensive, and there's always some sort of controller that is another failure point.

I would not recommend bill acceptors, especially with those boxes. They're a target for break-in, and there's no security with the two cam locks. For about half the cost of bill acceptors you can add Cryptopay credit card swipers. Coleman will sell you blank doors for a rotary switch.

Your doors are Coleman. You can order replacement doors that take a rotary switch, wire them yourself, and put your timers and acceptors on them and save about $1,000 per door.

Use good quality chemicals that work well and have a good show. Being cheap here will really hurt you. Check everything frequently. Rinse the bays and test the vacs with coins every day if you can. If someone loses money, be extra generous when you help them. Just don't give cash refunds...
