Replacement Timer for old Coleman Spot Free System

You can use either an IDX MX8 or an GinSan GS-16D controller. Keltner is long out of business. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-24000-idx-mx8-controller.aspx https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-1014-ginsan-gs-16d-multiplex-control-with-delay.aspx

Need replacement of my burnt Carwash

    Not quite correct.

Freeze coming tonight and I don’t have a weep system.

I hate those. They're heavy, and if you're using them because you have a lot of broken wands, there are better ways to prevent that.

    Brass Eater Tire/Wheel Cleaner?

    It won't work very well.

The one in your picture with the rusty stem. I just use straight wands.

    Attempted theft

I just ordered the lock housings from LAI that you can attach a puck lock to. The housings are pretty cheap, but I ordered Cobra brand puck locks with a Medeco insert, which cost $126 each.

    CAT CP 2120 Vibration

Sounds like a bad valve, either debris under the poppet or missing o-ring.

theft device used on Hamilton changers

A Hamilton changer with a factory Mars conversion has a clear relay attached to the back side of the changer face. I'll take a picture of one tonight, and I'll bring a strong neodymium magnet to see if I can make it trigger.

theft device used on Hamilton changers

They may be triggering the relay that's between the Mars validator and the controller with an electromagnet. Unbolt it and move it away from the outer wall if you can.

Freeze coming tonight and I don’t have a weep system.

The regulator with the rusted stem needs to be replaced right away. Are the wands coated with green plastic with the ends bent down a little? A lot of washes in Texas have those. It makes the pressure feel a lot stronger. 1300 PSI should be easily controlled unless the tip is way too big...

    Our clueless president

It would be funny if, after all the work Trump tried to do to bring manufacturing back to the US and away from China, Biden does it by accident.

Freeze coming tonight and I don’t have a weep system.

We can't even get -20° washer fluid here. It would have to be RV antifreeze.

    Razor edge solenoid

I'd replace it with a DEMA. The GC is not a very good valve. A DEMA 474P (if the one you need is 1/2") has a stainless seat that won't erode away like GC and Asco does.

    Razor edge solenoid

I'd be more worried about what size it is than the brand.

Freeze coming tonight and I don’t have a weep system.

Yes, but you really need something to keep the lines and manifolds in the bays from freezing or you'll have broken fittings. A quick solution for tonight would be to disconnect the lines at the pumps and blow air through them.

    Cycle Stop Valve

He's talking about replacing that tank with a larger one, but this CSV sounds like a really good idea for your issue.

    Cycle Stop Valve

When I first looked into those valves, they were $500 and up. And I figured you might be going up to a 30 or 50 gallon tank, not as big as 125. Hopefully the valve will prove to be reliable. The VFD pump can be $2500 or more, but there are several advantages. One is space savings because it...
