I‘d pour a 1/2 cup of non diluted foam brush chemical directly into the foam brush tank that goes to the bay. It should foam pretty quickly and thick in the bay. If it does you might want to check your dilution pill, it might be clogged. I also use JBS and it works great.

Randy I have an issue with the same rotary dial. Once in a while as the customer is rinsing off the car the time runs out but they still continue to get high pressure rinse.
