In the past I used D & S Mfg. to make customize decals for my coin box doors. Might want to give them a call with the size of the door and see if they would make one for you. Or have you tried a local sign company to customize a decal for you.

Is it the wrap or rocker doing it? We had a similar issue a couple of years ago on our AVW wraps. Cloth was a little worn but looked good. We adjusted the tension and installed new cloth on the bottom of the wrap. Not sure which was the problem but it stopped.
