    Conveyor in the Winter

I am in Chicago. Usually down to 10 degrees or so it's not an issue. We had a cold snap a few years back High was -12 and we could not keep places with conveyors that went outside open. Next day high was -3 and the three with outside conveyors were open all day. A hot water hose slowly...

Constant air relieving from air relieving regulator on Flojets?

I have one line that feeds the Flo Jets . My separator is on that line as close to the flo jets as possible. Air heats as compressed and holds more water, As it travels away from the compressor it expands and cools so water will condense out. Having the separator away from the compressor...

    Air in Hydro Lines

I agree there shouldn't be but my thought was the siphon breaker allows air to enter an otherwise closed system

    Air in Hydro Lines

If the foot valve is OK, and the line only goes down from the injector, air will not want to go down from the injector. Report back. Just a thought. Is this a "Siphon breaker" model of hydro minder?

    Unlimited washing for self serve?

How would this work with the SS/ In a tunnel you affix a tag to the car so you price it on projected washes per car per month. If you have a card in hand what is to prevent a single card being used for 10 cars?

    Air in Hydro Lines

Have you checked the foot valves? They should prevent any reverse flow if working properly . Also why does the line go upward? If it only went down any air would stay at the top.

    Medeco t-handle

I was thinking more along the lines of a "Roll Pin Vise" Thought it was some special vise like the press used to push the pin out of a watch band. Now I understand it's just a vise.

    Medeco t-handle

You could order them keyed alike . $60.00 plus shipping and Tax. Doubt the locksmith would charge less . Don't know how hard it is to get roll pins out and replace. Mine had allen screws. Thought they were roller pins and then looked at the other end1. Glad I did that before trying to pound them...

    Lever wire Connectors?

Thoughts on these? Interiors of my boxes are very messy with Dixmore Timers, Coin Mech, Cryptopay, Bill Accepters, sometimes box heaters. Figured it would also make swapping out a bad swiper or Bill accepter easier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGv6h5bacdg...

    Medeco t-handle

Those T handles have a little round cover with a slot. I think it is supposed to deter drilling. I agree with MEP. Some good lube sitting for a while should loosen them Then the outer cover comes off, then the little round plate. I have done this . The plug portion will than come out when...
