At this point, with no installer (which you selling w/out an installer/distributor is bizarre & wrong), nobody to instsll, machine can't be shipped, etc... The ONLY honest thing to do is refund the customers money. You could still sell the machine as brand new & nobody losses.

I use Quest "Shine On" through my ColorWave, & it is awesome! Not an even sheet, but it covers good once it gets on there.

So what if they use em 3x/week. They put all 3 tokens in your vac.. problem solved. But dang, if you have very many washing 4x/week, that's 17 washes/mo & costing you a $hitTon!

Why don't you put TF toward the front, & use it as a lubricant. You already have F&F & a,Sealant, so your TF is a 3rd similar product, & thus just redundant. Put it on early & seems problem solved + xtra lubricant, which is better longterm for the brushes.

How bout just dispense a free token? Etowah Valley has that function, that goes w/ your paystation

I tried that, on my LW4000, & it didn't clean any better than just straight WashMasters. But, the bLo PH did corrode the crap outta everything😰

Their WashMasters is AWESOME! A LOT of different touchless guys use that
