Why can you not do both? I would think you have a built in customer base with the dog wash. Can you not add the R.O. water dispenser in the same space or outside?

I agree with MEP0001, but if that is not it I would connect a new hose with a new gun on the other end to your pump in the equipment room. Turn on the bay and see if you are getting the right pressure or not. It may be that the hose going to your bay might be old and pinched.

Check out AVW car wash equipment too. Good solid equipment and the cost is right. Don't know if they have a distributor there, which is a must since you know nothing about maintaining and servicing anyone's car wash equipment. Here's a link but check out their whole site...

It's been almost 5 months now maybe easywash idea of contacting the billboard company and see if you can lease the billboard is the thing to do. If the lease is not up yet at least you can find out when it's coming up. Are the washes still for sale?

Randy does the Fonic soap have the same dilution ratio as vanilla/orange creme? Is it part of KR soap special too?

Had the same problem with kr orange creme. Throughly cleaned and bleached the tanks, hydrominder floats and lines. Like Earl I switched to Sonic and the problem went away. Have to say though I really miss the great smell of the orange creme.

I would believe that if you have "Business Interruption" insurance you might be covered.

Over the years I have found that the best temp. is around 107 degrees at the tip. Saying that though means that the water heater has to be adjusted due to the time of the season. I never go above 120. I believe keeping the tip temp. at 107 gives me the best cleaning temp. without wasting energy.

Has anyone every used any type of rubberized floor tiles at their wash or detail shop? If so where did you get it, cost and how did it withstand the chemicals? Did you use this brand or another? Thanks

I've seen gas stations offer a cash price and a credit card price. Sams and Costco offers their customers discounts if they use their credit card. Why is that not illegal? Why can they offer their customers a discount if they only use their company cards?

I only offer bonus time for cash customers. I have offered bonus time since 2001. $1.00-2 minutes / $5-14 minutes (4 free minutes). If a customer ask about it I tell them that I cannot offer the bonus time because of the cost of processing the credit cards. The customers have always understood that.
