Its a thermostat hooked to a solenoid. In colder climates we use a weepmizer, which you can see at dixmor.com.

    Rinse water problem :/

Had a problem at one wash years ago, it was like that on rinse, and after replacing all the hp lines from the ER to the Bays the problem stopped, only thing we could figure is that during the soap cycle it was pushing back between the braiding of the hose, and it would slowly come out during the...

    Weepmizer settings

you said "blow out with water" so I was wondering. I keep mine at 35 to be safe and never had a freeze up. So you blow your HP lines out with air also? I would think that still could freeze if it got cold enough, there is always some moisture even in air.

How did you get the textured look on the block, did you stucco it? It looks nice, you should explain a little about what you did.

New Car Wash - Water and Traffic Counts

Definitely, I just added cryptopay to a 3 bay wash I own this year. Post a picture of your boxes with the dimensions and you will get comments on weather the boxes are big enough to accommodate a swiper.

New Car Wash - Water and Traffic Counts

I agree, I had a 7 bay 8 vac that was doing 100K per year including vacs and vending items, and it was all cash, no cards, it was busy all the time.

running 3 bays on 3/4" water service

What size is the water companies line that feeds into your ¾” ? I know we had to get the PUC involved to get the local water co in one of our locations to put in a larger line in out in the road. We had a 1” line on a 4 bay there and it was way undersized, it should have been 1-1/2”. I think ¾...

    What are these fittings?

This is on a high pressure hose from a gas powered hp pump I purchased from Northern tool probably 30 years ago, I am not familiar with these type of fittings, want to go into a guk600w gun from KR, I only need the one fitting to go from the hose to the gun. It would probably look like the brass...

    Fittings leaking

We always did pipe dope first, then the tape. Also plumbed a whole wash using teflon tape and blue rtv on top, not one leak on that whole job, also like Randy said the leak lock blue works great also.
