I've used some stuff in the past from Arcadia but I think it's HF so I stopped using it. The stuff worked great though. Just to dangerous.

Earl I changed over to Coinco's new acceptor and it has been working great for nearly a year. No more break downs when the acceptor gets wet and no bill stringing problems at all. I was just having to much problems with my Mars units not working when they got wet.

I have tri foam units (D & S) and if I had to do it over I would have added dryers in the bays. I already have credit cards and bill/bonus time acceptors and they work great. Before adding tri foam I would add either credit cards, bill acceptors in bays with bonus time or dryers in bays.

Just make sure that you pour a lot of salt all over the bays and property. No matter how well your underground heat is working water will freeze. You don't want someone slipping for the few bucks you'll receive.

Bill I agree with you but I do have to say that since I put in the LED coin boxes(1990's) with last coin alert I believe that my income per bay started dropping and the complaints rose. There are many reasons why but I do think the boxes didn't help.
