Can’t speak exact numbers b cause only you know your location but if wal-mart likes the area so do others. I’d talk to a broker to get some comparables on similar properties in your area but what I know is always start high !!

Haven’t used them but have tried polymers in the past w same results as what I’m currently using now. Always looking for better but to me a touchless wash is a touchless wash.

Yeah we are all gonna get it at some point. Guy I know had got hit the first couple months because of free washes then he said it leveled back out.
