FWIW we use blendco products and slow pass w/30 sec. dwell, works good . have you had someone from super sat in to look at your application?

American changer makes a Model AC8009 ( $1699). Don't know how good they are but have been looking into using them for dispensing tokens for vac.

At presenat I use Cat. oil, but interested in changing. How often do you change using the Synthetic oils?

Just finished reading Feb. issue of Professional Carwashing & Detailing and appears to me there are more pages with green ink than has been in the past.Seems most suppliers are going to green products they say (bucket lids and lettering are in green now,) but is the product inside any different...

The transformer is approx. 3 " square and looks like a series of thin metal strips with a magnet inside, ( it converts the voltage from 120v to 24 v for the controls). They can be purchased locally. Look at Grainger online ,(Item 6WU93[/B][/B], transformer 24V.

I would check for power to the breaker , if good check it at the (24v) transformer. sounds like the transformer may be bad.

I am not saying that is accurate, I have not tried to measure the water usage at mine, more concerned with chemical use and getting the cars clean.That is just what they put in their installation manual.

The installation manuals says 14.5 gallons water ,( WW manual) I am sure this is only a average for all washes are not the same.

The heater is made by Watlow, I do not know no. now but will try to ge it when at wash tomorrow.

Have had this happen in past,although someone beat the hell out of it. Open the door above change holder and cut bottom out to get to the lock in lower door. Good luck

Are you talking about the blow down cycle at end of wash? if so I would like to know the solution also, I have spoken w/coleman and they say there is nothing we can do too control this??? I have tried to change it in the red lion with no success.
