Not sure. All I can say is that it's as built in 2008. Never caused a problem until I changed out the second Ametek with a Domel. 24A on start up for both. 12A +/- individually.

Take a look at United Auto Wash in Ohio. They are running at least 2 sites with multi Petit IBA - One 2-Bay and the other is a 4-Bay.

Yes I took a shot and changed the relay out.

Still doing it. Will run for a day, maybe day and a half and then will trip again. Could it be the relay?

Yeah this one cracked from me over tightening it. Do you guys use Teflon tape, dope, both or just one?

I have the usual 1" black PVC ones. They usually start leaking after a while. Does anyone have a better solution? I've seen some stainless ones on Zoro and Grainer just wasn't sure if that's the way I should go?

I tested with an amp meter and found the older motor drawing too much. Went ahead and replaced it. Back in business. Thanks guys

Went out and bought an amp meter since I need one anyway. Tested both motors and at start up they’re drawing 25A and while running roughly 12.2 - 12.7. The strange thing is I’ve had the vacuum off for about two days since I haven’t gotten around to testing it and it ran through a full 4 minutes...

Was operating normally and one day I noticed that one of its two motors was pulling much less. Was running perfectly on one Domel 492.4 and one Ametec ( Original from 2008!!). Switch the week pulling Ametec to another Domel and noticed it starting to trip the fuse immediately. Redid the wiring...

Put up the DelPro. I just did so in my tunnel and would never entertain paint again. Maintenance nightmare

I use the tap con like anchors that they supplied me. Used a cordless rotary hammer and impact driver to screw the wall. Panels plus labor came out cheaper than the estimate I was getting to spray epoxy. I think the stainless anchors are overkill .

I have 2 sites a 4/2 and a tunnel. My 4/2 had them already installed and the tunnel was block and I installed the panels. Went faster than I thought it would and looks 100x better. I know from my 4/2 that its easy to clean and looks great when clean. 110' tunnel cost me $6K in panels shipped...

Smart man. I bought the Ridgid one for my tunnel. Went fast. I caught one of my workers using a normal drill attempting to drill into the concrete
