We had a 200 amp 208V three phase service and just upgraded it to 800 amps @208V for our new machine. No voltage change.

Why?

Do they combine storm and sanitary sewer at the plants or treat them separately? I'm pretty sure around here all storm water goes directly into streams.

How do you keep it from freezing?

What brand? Carolina Pride? They are the only other ones that I remember seeing that had a 3 phase motor but maybe that detail does not matter.

What about galvanized exhaust tubing bent up at an exhaust shop? Maybe go with 2 1/4" for a tad bit more flow and adapt it down to 2" at the boom swivel.

The cement melts the PVC and welds it so maybe the air lines you saw blow apart didn't have primer put on them. The pipe is rated for 140F. Do you think the vac hose they put on them is rated for higher? I'm not sure how hot it gets after running for a while.

Has anyone hard plumbed Air Shammee IIs from the attic down to the booms? I was thinking 2" PVC with long sweep elbows and a union.

Do you have Cryptopay? If so you can get attendant cards to start the bays. They are awesome and I don't think we could live without them. I punch a hole in the corner and put them on retractable key rings.

I checked the illumination voltage output on a Cryptopay swiper and it was right at 2VDC. The red illuminated ring E-Switch buttons are rated at 1.8V so I'm going to let that go without a resistor. Someday I'll check the voltage of the JE Adams board output to see if it is too high for the...

I use regular 60/40 rosin core solder on all the different buttons at the wash.

Did you buy the exact replacement solenoid valve? Can you swap the old coil onto the new one? They usually don't go bad. How many amps are the fuses rated at?

If it was working perfectly fine then why did you change it out? Or are you saying the old one didn't blow the fuse? Have you checked the resistance across the old coil terminals and compared that to the new coil? Have you checked to see if the new coil is shorted to the valve body?

Are you sure you are using the correct amperage fuses? The 250V is only the max voltage but has nothing to do with the current draw.

I wish Cryptopay was like that but I could probably figure out how to do it.

Or install a shut off valve inside.
