I set my hot water storage tank for 120°. My furnace is connected to an Intermatic timer that stops heating up water around 8 PM and starts heating it back up again at about 6 AM. Other than the timer I don't change anything on the tank settings. I leave it set for 120° year-round.

Sounds like a mechanical adjustment is needed to remedy the problem. Either there is is some play caused by wear or the sensor needs adjusting.

It's more of an individual thing. I've had good and bad customers of both genders.

I do agree with alot of what you say, but I still think ( for me, anyway) that Google reviews do matter and that having a decent web presence for your business will improve sales. This is the way business is done and promoted in 2021, like it or not.

If you have a handheld controller, plug it in and follow prompts to batch. It's easy.

Definitely get it properly repaired instead of closing overnight!!!

Sounds like maybe there is a problem with the electrical where it energizes the valve to open. Can you swap the coil with one that you know works on the manifold and see if that gets it to operate?

How about water softner salt?

I like Simoniz FC3 for wax. I've been using it for a year or so with good results. I put hunks of copper pipe in my mix tanks and that seems to keep the scum down.

With all due respect, These machines look like 1970's technology. Maybe that's ok in certain applications, but if I want to wash more cars at a higher price point, the customer expects modern, fast, and snazzy.
