I'm not sure about the cavitation issue but the rusted pump stand surely could have been propped up by a used bourbon barrel. I'm sure there were plenty around town.

We run cold weep and rinse but hot soap and wax. The cold weep kept our bays from freezing during our multi day -10F days several weeks ago. Your customers might prefer hot rinse though for melting snow and ice off their cars.

What is the clearance height for the SS bays and truck bay? We are going to replace our roof structure and raise the height on ours. Debating 12', 13' or 14'.

Those are made by Eaton Compressor and made very close to us. We have been through the factory and although we do not own one yet we will when our Ingersoll Rand compressor croaks.

I don't know anything about the 360 but we have a 20 year old all aluminum machine that is falling apart from corrosion. I'm sure it's from the touchless chemicals. Aluminum is surely a step up from galvanized steel though. Stainless is pretty much forever.

That is a big increase. It's hard to imagine that they recently had an increase of that size on their operating expenses. Are some of these companies just testing the waters to see how high they can go?

What brand was the one that was only a few years old and rotted out? I'm under the impression that the expensive brands still last a very long time as the older ones did.

You will need a return from the bay to prevent negative pressure on your gas exhaust. That air you would be pumping in there has to come from somewhere.

On the surface it sounds really good compared to what I see around here. The updated ones appraise all day long at more than 10x net around here. If getting a loan what will your return be on the down payment and what will it make with today's nutty (and getting worse by the month) interest...

We have only bought shampoo and fragrance chemicals from them and they were made by National Automotive Chemical in Cambridge Ohio. I assumed the rest of their chemicals were made by them as well. Maybe they get different products from different vendors or maybe they switched.
