I placed an order yesterday at CWSS and asked clarification on what is included in the Elite shipping. He said literally everything.

I just looked at KR's website and see that the Smooth-Bor brand is the most expensive. Has anyone tried the KR Dura-Slide hoses?

We use the ones CWSS sells and they told me they were made by Plastiflex. (of course that is subject to change since they are branded by CWSS) They seem to hold up okay and I can tell they are made a little different than the Smooth-Bor ones we bought from KR..

Tygon 2375 on the high pH booster (potassium hydroxide) and all other high pH soaps. Superthane ether based on the JBS Samurai Shield WX-800. The Superthane also works great as fragrance pick up tubing on combo vacs/fragrance machines. It took us a few years to figure all this out.

What is this on? We use several different types now depending on what it is and they are now lasting years instead of months. The biggest issues were with high pH booster and a protectant. I'll look into our records to see the types.

Can you tell what size it is? Maybe it has a restriction in it. Is there a mesh strainer in line that might be clogged?

Because the tank is full.;)

I have thought about that too and seems like it would work great for tap or chip but might need to be excessively tall for swipe.

Another reason we buy from them a lot is that they are only about 120 miles away so we get it the next day.

That is what they told me but they just added chemicals to the elite program. We do not buy chemicals from them currently.

The business model still works if they were not over building them now in sketchy locations. All the ones I'm seeing building now have well under 20K ADT or if more than that there is already another one (or two) built or being built across the street. The interest rates are getting nutty and...

That is about 4 GPM. There must be an undersized float valve or supply pipe.

What pressure and tips are you running? I really doubt you are putting out 10 GPM.

Just found out there is another being built nearby in the next city over but bordering ours. WhiteWater Express. They are building like crazy in Ohio. It took a year from land purchase to breaking ground. Surely this craziness will slow soon. Right?:unsure:

Those are odd pumps and a crazy big tank. Do you have really low incoming city water pressure and a small pipe running to the float valve? For soap and wax our setup for a three bay running 3.5 GPM has a 20 gallon hot water gravity feed tank with the float set to about 10 gallons so we have...

Yes we still order from KR because they stock more so it can ship much quicker. CWSS just doesn't have a ton of things in stock. Most of time CWSS and KR are identical on price but there are some differences on some things.
