Proper Gauge wire for 3 motor vacs

Looking to upgrade from 2 motor to 3 motor vacs. Currently running approx. 80-100’ of 12 gauge wire on 20 amp breakers on the current 2 motor vacs. Any possibility of just going with 30 amp breakers and staying with 12 gauge opposed to 10 gauge? The 3 motor vacs pull 24 amps. Previous...

    Algea on the floor

Also use bleach and water periodically. Next time I was gonna try ”Wet and Forget” after cleaning to see if it will maintain it longer. Also, do yourself a favor and got to Lowes and pickup one of those 14” high pressure discs for your pressure washer. Only around $60-$70 bucks. Only way to...

    2 motor vac / 2 motor + 1 turbo vac / 3 motor vac

Last year I replaced two high volume vacs with three motor vacs, raised my price from $1.00 to 2.00, which I agree is a bit too high. I also increased time from four minutes to five minutes. Best decision I've made! I'm always asking for customer feedback and the common reply is its well worth...

    Vacuums?

Last year I upgraded to Adams 3 motor vacs in an economically depressed area. I raised my price to $2 for 5 minutes which I agree is too high, but the response has been very positive. Everyone I've asked has said its well worth it for the added suction. Best decision I've made and plan to do...

Using some form of automatic rotary brush to scrum vinyl walls

Thanks guy! Normally I do walls 2-3 times a year. Health issue prevented me from doing for a little over a year and now my walls are almost grey. I've used aluminate in the past but still didn't cut thru without repeated agitation. Still feel "Hot Wax" has made it more difficult to cut. I'm...

Using some form of automatic rotary brush to scrum vinyl walls

Anyone have any suggestions on what kind of automatic rotary brush to scrub soiled vinyl walls? Walls are now 14 yrs old and the walls in the touch-free bays have slowly gotten away from me. Handbays are fine. My shoulders can't handle the motion anymore . Possibly some form of an automatic...

Coin box selection buttons vs. selector knob

As of now the plan is to modify the current I-Wash doors and stay with rotary knobs. Unfortunately I do have the knobs that get the slop in them and you can't tell what function your on. Those will be replaced also. Thanks so much for everyone's feedback!

Coin box selection buttons vs. selector knob

Looking at replacing I-Wash hand bay equipment with Gin San. Any feed back on buttons vs. selector knobs on panels at coin box. I understand only one board operates all functions, has that been an issue? Also, feedback on Gin San would be appreciated.

How do you keep your cameras clean?

I tape a clear plastic bag over mine in the automatic bay. Worked perfect with no distortion as long as plastic is tight over lense. I took it off to replace a year later and forgot to put one back on. In a few months the lense had a heavy soap film. After trying a number of products I...

    Staining concrete block

I've been staining the exterior block on the building for years with the Sherwin Williams product. Works great due to never peeling like paint over time. But I would never recommend staining the interior bay walls.
