    Tripple shine issue

UPDATE: Ok guys I have a confession to make. This is going to sound stupid. Well a couple of days ago when I cleaned the hydrominder tanks, I did notice that the filters (For blue and also yellow) were pretty dirty so cleaned them as much as I could. That didn't seem to solve the problem. Today...

    best Wax tip size

what's the best wax tip size? is it too much wax if you see bubbles? As long as the water breaks is good enough? I don't mind my customers to see the bubbles so they see that they are getting something. Do you need to rinse the Wax? and then use the spot free? is there any drawback of too much...

    Tripple shine issue

Yes the hydrominder tank is full of blue material like usual... wouldn't be quite messy to start the triple shine if the outlet is not connected to the flojet pump? here is a video of how to repair Burkert 6213 valves: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVYwVHFDeoQ

    Tripple shine issue

thanks guys, I reduced the air and its a bit better but I'm almost certain its only the Blue color that does that. when it changes to Red color its nice and foamy like usual but when it gets to blue color it has surges as if it doesn't get enough chemical. Does that mean the valve on 1blue line...

    Tripple shine issue

Hello, I have a super savor Colman Hanna and our triple shine in some of the bays is not as foamy as before and its kind of intermittent. I checked one of the bays foamer thinking the mesh thing is gone but that wasn't the case. Cleaned the filter inside the hydro-minder tanks. Still the same...

    Spot Free Water R.O System

Hello, I have a Coleman Hanna Super Savor for my wand wash. Noticed sometimes while the R.O system making Spot Free water the pump pressure drops from about 190psi (which supposed to be as per the note on the system) to about 100 psi. The floats showing the GPM of Product and Reject water drops...

    CAT 2120 Maintenance

thank you, how do I know if I have a bad HIGH PRESSURE seal? I change the low pressure one when it starts leaking, but how do we know if the high pressure one needs to be changed? loosing pressure perhaps? but that could also be due to high pressure valves. Vibrations is due to bad valves.

    CAT 2120 Maintenance

Hello, I though I can find something here easy and clean like a check list of items we need to do to make sure our pumps stay in a good shape, but wasn't successful. I have 5 of these CAT 2120 pumps. Every now and then I see the pressure fluctuate so we change the little rubber washer on the...

    Small dripping at the gun

Problem solved: Noticed this is the only bay with no check valve in front of the spot free line before teeing to everything else on the boom.(Don't ask me why, I guess previous owners didn't care enough) . Added the check valve and BOOM. You might ask if there is was no check valve how come no...

    back pressure from spot free

Correct, the tire cleaner and spot free have been backing up to each other, so I just added a check valve in front of the spot free. But not having a check valve didn't really create any issues like seeing soap in my spot free tank (I guess it wasn't making its way all the way back to the tank...

    back pressure from spot free

I checked the gauges and except for one all the other gauges are the same (2000 psi max). However I checked the set up on the boom and they seem to be different. Some have SF as a separate line Teed to the high pressure line, and some SP is Teed to the Tire cleaner and then Teed to the high...
