WW 2.0 triple shine coating comes out stronger on one side than the other.

Thanks, I did run water through the foamer and cleaned it. I noticed water comes straight out from the side going to passenger side, unless you block it with your finger and then goes through the driver side, because the driver side has a 180 degree turn. Regarding the TEE before the hockey...

WW 2.0 triple shine coating comes out stronger on one side than the other.

Im pretty sure the foamer is not clogged as i ran some water trought it and it was all good. Still not sure how you can access the mesh inside the foamer. The fittings at both ends are so tight that i was afraid i might break something so I couldn’t open the fittings to have access to the inside...

Thanks tried to track the hoses back from the hocky puck and it looks complicated... what does this foamer look like?

WW 2.0 triple shine coating comes out stronger on one side than the other.

We have both... long pipe on the sides and also the hocky puck thing up at top...we did notice some trash (almost like plastic from some threads...) in the holes on the side bars... opened the hockey puck party and cleaned. But not much of a difference.. is there any way to flush the entire line???

WW 2.0 triple shine coating comes out stronger on one side than the other.

Our Wonder Wizard 2.0 seems to really pump it out from the right side and not nearly as much on the left side. Anyone seen or dealt with this before? Seems to cover 75% of car from right side and 25% coverage on left where equal from both sides would be more ideal.

    Hydrominder Tank Level Sensor

Oh I see so the pump doesn't choke if there is not enough material in the tank... I was thinking the other way around.. I though this sensor is to make sure the tank doesn't over flow (which is really the hydro minder's job which is a mechanical mechanism and has no electrical parts...)

    Hydrominder Tank Level Sensor

Hello, I was cleaning the foam brush hydro minder tank this morning, and noticed the upper part of the level sensor in the bottom of the tank is removed so put it back on. so when the upper parts goes up (as the level of chemical in the tank goes up) I hear a click. The level sensor is connected...

    RO Blue Filter

oh I thought 10 micron is better than 5 micron..it seems to be the other way around.. I'm going to change this every 6 month (I promise, haha) so no need to stick to the old type one?

    Hot Water Tank Float Valve

Hello, I had to shut off the water to entire carwash yesterday to change the relief valve on the water heater (yes we could not isolate the heater so had to shut the entire carwash). Then noticed the float valve in the hot water tank doesn't stop the flow when the tank is full (and the lever...

    RO Blue Filter

Thanks guys, I did change the filter but to the one that's not exactly the same and my question is if it matter. The new one is 14-GSWP1-10 10 Micron done by Boshart Industries. Here is pic of the old and new filters (yes I know the old one is really tired. lol)

    RO Blue Filter

Hello, Are we supposed to change the filter in the blue cone thing? I do measure the ppm on a weekly basis and its consistently 10ppm. Do I need to bother?

WW2.0 Drive Motor Has Tripped out

Greg, it sound like you change wheel frequently... how often the wheels need to be changed?

WW2.0 Drive Motor Has Tripped out

Thanks Greg for walking me through all this ... I'm getting different opinions about greasing the bearings. Some say do it asap and then on a weekly basis. Grease need to come out from both sides and just clean the extra. Some says do very little as you can blow the seal (Exactly what you said...

WW2.0 Drive Motor Has Tripped out

Changed all the wheels and bearings... and it seems to be fixed although i want to wait for few days before saying for sure. Do i need to grease the bearing right away? Is there such thing as too much greasing for these bearing?

Pump motor runs but no pressure

Update: it happened again. HP Soap and Wax not working (Pump works but no ZERO pressure) but rinse works fine. Also noticed soap in the hot water tank. That shows that the check valve is faulty since soap is coming back to the tank. Changed the CV and so far no issues. And no more clicking...

Pump motor runs but no pressure

Yes I'm 100% sure rinse is ok, and have gone back and forth between rinse and wax/hp soap, and rinse is good but hot water items no. I have closed the ball valve half way to balance out any possible turbulence coming from the hot water tank and seems to be workign fine, SO FAR. here is the...
