    RO Membranes

I've used several sets from Coastal Water Filters on eBay. Great prices and work well. Ozmosis XLE-4040 Reverse Osmosis RO Membrane for Water Filtration System 4"x40" | eBay

RNS C2000 controller gives "Dime input stuck" error....

You are probably correct. It was my employee that gave me the code via telephone. Your explanation makes sense..... FWIW, no matter how many times I try to explain the "pause" between the blinks....it always gets messed up. Thanks.

RNS C2000 controller gives "Dime input stuck" error....

My Hamilton RNS C2000 controller gives "Dime input stuck" error intermittently. I don't take dimes!!!! I take $1,5,10 bills only. I can only suspect a bad controller? Ideas?

    Price Increase

Ditto what Randy said. For years I agonized about raising prices. After 30 years, the number of total complaints (about prices) would add up to around a dozen. Quit sweating it, and do it......

Help with Fleck Softener Head not Counting

My Fleck setup did the same thing. Turns out that there's a "cap" that sits on top of the counter which contains a bunch of planetary gears. The gears wore out, and wouldn't turn the flexible metering cable. I replaced the cap with a new one, and I was up and running normally.

    Hamilton ACW4 issue

It happens very rarely. Yes, I'm using the quarter side of the ACW. I swapped Token acceptors with an adjacent bay, so I'll see if the problem migrates. Your comment about the edge connector reminded me about another issue I had years ago. I can't remember the details, but I seem to remember...

    Hamilton ACW4 issue

Parker P-37.....yes. I don't understand how a bad acceptor would give the $0.25 credit instead of a token credit. I'd be inclined to think that the acceptor would either work, or not work. It correctly accepts (or rejects) the brass token. Why does the Hamilton ACW think it's a quarter pulse...

    Hamilton ACW4 issue

I'm reviving this old thread. After reading your post Stan, I unplugged, and reseated the Quarter and Token acceptors. The problem went away, and the issue was forgotten. Yesterday, a long time customer inserts a Brass Token into the Token slot, gets a $0.25 credit, inserts another Brass...

    PC based payroll Program

I've used ZPay's Pay Window for years and years. I only have 3-4 employees, and this "Mom and Pop" software run company has been outstanding. Annual updates were only about $50. Bad news.... The owner is retiring, and "Pay Window" will be no more. Does anyone have a recommendation for a...

Air Lift XRS Door Operator Issue

I understand that your doors are poly and not roll up. Your issue sounds like it's related to the operator...of course, unless the rigid door is binding or catching somehow. How does your system NOT have a safety eye on the exit? Heaven forbid somebody (a child) step in front of a closing...

Air Lift XRS Door Operator Issue

I have Wyndstar, not Airlift doors. However, I get a similar behavior when something gets stuck on the door, such as a large leaf. The closing door triggers (and leaf) blocks one of the two photocell beams. The door doesn't like this! Sometimes it reverses, sometimes it stops. Your comment...

MEI bill acceptor (with recycler) not taking $5's

Per Randy's suggestion, I cleaned the optics both top and bottom. The unit was already set for low security/high acceptance. I also have a recycler for the 5's. I read somewhere online, that unloading and reloading the $5's often helps. Guess what I found? Turns out that about 1/2 of the...

MEI bill acceptor (with recycler) not taking $5's

I have a MEI bill acceptor that's starting to NOT take $5's in my ShurVend vendor. It takes $1, $10, and $20's ok. Any ideas?

Need Ray Pak Temp Pressure Guage

Check to see if it's not a 1/2" thread. If so, something like this should work.... https://www.supplyhouse.com/Boshart-TR30-LM2-60-250-1-2-NPT-3-Face-Temperature-Pressure-Gauge-Tridicator It's called a Tridicator. You can search online for the size you need.

    Cash Counting Machines

I bought a Cassida 5520 10 years ago for less than $150. It's still running great. It's strictly a counter....no bill discrimination. It also counts Hamilton Tokenotes. Best money I ever spent next to buying a used SanCoin 303. Both have saved me hours and hours.....

    Hamilton ACW4 issue

A long time regular customer leaves a message. Tells me he inserts a brass token (value $10) into the ACW. The machine gives him $.25 in credit (Instead of $10). He tells me that's his last token, so he goes to my vendor, and buys (5) more. Inserts another brass token. The ACW gives him an...

    Air Dryer handles flying around

Yes, I'm using the original rectangular Diskin holder. I was wondering about installing a 2" pvc pipe diagonally inside the Diskin holder. If you say the Hamel holder works, and it's 2.25" ID....maybe the pvc pipe would also work???

    Air Dryer handles flying around

I have the Air Shamee 3 motor in bay dryers. The trigger style nozzles were leaky, and cheaply made. I switched to the Air Logic handles and my usage has gone WAY up. Customers think that I've added air pressure. The new handles are a money maker. The problem? The increased nozzle pressure...
