The city admin must have had alot of complaints as they changed their ideas fairly quickly. Our city would have been fine at the predicted crest but it was even better at 2 feet lower. Everything is pretty much back to normal.

I wasn't looking for bad news, it seems like today that's the only thing they report on. Maybe more of a What's New- New Installs, New washes, News in the US that affects washes. I like to read about new installs ,but not always in the trade mags when their pimping the product on the next page.

you should do a comparison of income between the two types of business. How many trucks would you possibly do per day vs cost of goods and labor. It may give you a better idea of what to do after you run the numbers.
