Hi, I see a lot of comments about Credit Card usage, as in thinking about adding CCards etc.. We have been taking CCards for 7 years now.. No Coins or Tokens.. CCards in all Bays and Vacs.. Bills acceptors in all Bays and Vacs.. Count up.. CCard usage is 70+% of revenue.. for those doubters...

Question for dead silence in your Bays.. When a Customer pulls into your bay, and when he gets out of his car, does it sound like a Morgue??? .. We have Music in each Bay 24/7.. Customer's love it.. We sometimes see them dancing to it.. Just my Crazy 2 cents.. LOL. :) Just curious if anyone...

It's not a 2 bay, it has 6 bays with NO automatics.. It averages 38K per month.. so LYFAO all you want.. :)

The Facts are Customer's Love Hot Water Rinse.. But if you don't want to make more money and make your Customer's Happier, that your LOSS.. I will not post anymore thoughts or ideas on this Forum again.. Too Many Deadbeat Operators that give the SS Car Wash Industry a Bad Reputation... Out of...

We did a 100 customer survey, and majority liked the Hot Water Rinse, Triple Foam was second... so there you go.

Why do you think hot rinse is not necessary? Do you Rinse with Cold Water when you take a Shower? :) You probably don't think it is not necessary because it will cost you money, when it actually makes you money, take it form me.. just my 2 cents.

Could be, It's a very busy place and well maintained.. He just sold it last December to a Car Wash operator from San Francisco..

I had to use some extra stickers to cover up the Coin Slot and Coin return.. :) We haven't taken Coins for 7 years now, that is a MAJOR reason for our volume.. HOT WATER (120 degrees) on Rinse as well is another MAJOR reason.. Just my 2 cents.. A friend of mine in Washington has a 6 bay SS...

You may be right about the faceplate stickers, it only averages $38K per month for a 6 bay SS without a Automatic so if I got rid of some stickers on the faceplate it would probably do better.. I'll have to think about it.. Thanks for the suggestions and input. :)

Our hold is $1.. Zero calls, although I do have to eat some debt cards.. better than phone calls.. :)

My suggestion is Don't use the word PUSH.. We use TAP the button to end charges.. TAP helps tremendously..

Perhaps he had a very first one 2012? Batteries have a 8 Year Warranty.. I still have 7 years left on my Battery Warranty.. I will not even own it for another 2-3 yrs..no worries here..

Tokens, what are they? LOL.. get Rid of ALL COINS! Cash or Plastic! You will save yourself and your Customers time and have more $ in the Bank and Happier CUSTOMERS! We got rid of Tokens and Coins 6 years ago and Business is BOOMING> plus NO COINS to Collect and runs through that Coin Counter...
