After following this thread, my only question is, PDQ built a machine before the G5 that could do a back and forth bug pass (LW4000). They built a machine after the G5 that could do the same thing (M5). Why would they build a machine between these 2 that couldn't? Just doesn't make sense to me.

Had the exact same thing happen about a year ago. Took the crankshaft seal out and you could see it was oval shaped instead of round. When you take the cover off to replace the seal, I would go ahead and replace the o'ring that is on the cover while I had it off. I replaced both the o'ring...

Main thing, keep everything working like it should. Customer could give a rats a$$ how high tech your equipment is, as long as everything works.

Wash World has a very good machine in the Razor and from what I've been told, awesome customer support. However, trying to compare the Razor to the Laser 4000 is like night and day. A true comparison IMO, would be the High Velocity to the Laser 4000 and the Razor to the Laser 360.

IMO, yes. Those kind of people that do what your describing, could care less if you had a 100 signs in the bay telling them not to do it or clean up their mess.
