I run 1505 nozzles year around. The 15 degree fan gives the customer the impression that they are getting more pressure than they really are. The 05 puts out about 3.5 gallons per minute. I run my pumps at 1400 psi.
It's not plumbed up right. Look at the picture of how my pumping system is plumbed up and copy it. You don't need the 2 check valves on the inlet. You want to use a Generant regulator if you can't get the Watts regulators to work properly.

When you had the pump head open did you happen to check the ports for wash out or erosion? Check to make sure you have water going to the pump, disconnect the water supply to the pump to verify that you have water to the pump. It almost sounds like to have a plugged up hose. Try this disconnect...

Are the fed by well water pressure, no gravity tank? Are the wash, rinse, wax cold water? I think your starving the pump for water. Take one of the regulators out and hook the water up straight into the pump and try running it, you won't get any chemical out of the gun but you to eliminate...
We very seldom have to take quarters to the bank. When we do have to take them to the bank we roll them, our Scan Coin SC3001 coin counter will roll them in a few minutes. At the car wash we have a Scan coin 303 to separate the tokens from the coins. The banks here don't have a coin counters...

Blinking lights on the distribution panel indicates not enough DC power.
Take your car wash operators best friend, your volt meter and check #6 plug for 5vdc between any red wire to any black wire. If you need a DC power supply let me know.
