My bay hoses are 15’ x 1/4” with 3/8 ends.
I wrap this around the hose any where the hose can drag against the floor.
It solved my issues. Cheap insurance.

Do you have your air going to those 2 bubble brush hoses turned on?
Turn the foam chemical all the way on for one hose and then slowly turn the air valve a 1/4 turn then go out to that bay brush and watch it to see if you need more or less air.
