Hello - looking at a wash that has a 100' Conveyer PECO rear wheel load - Realistically how many cars per hr could I move through this equipment?

We used to push 120/hr through our wash, however we used to manually prep each vehicle before they went through. Now a days they barely even spray the car so you might get more than 120.

100 foot conveyor - it also depends what components you have in there in order to really judge how many cars you can wash with sufficient quality.

100' Conveyor does not mean 100" feet of equipment.. In a cold Climate you may need to start 10 feet inside each door. Also dirt conditions can dictate line speed. Had a location with 2 mitter wrap combos with lower details under.. Hung the initial pre soak and soap off the forst unitfrom struts to eliminate first arch. Then Triple foam wax and mini mitter followed by Arch with Rinse, Drying Agent , Sealer Wax, and setting arch Flash dryer then some drip space and 3 Blower arches. I think it was 85' from first to last piece. 150+ cars was possible but the limiting factor was human & payment processing - not tunnel equipment.
