We have been using the WS2 option feature on our IBA for over 3 years now, Just after we did an upgrade to the IBA.
It is like you said there are people who just feed the money and dont read or hear what the WS2 is telling them. The first months where a pain and some what funny listening to the voice mail, having the customer set there next to the WS2 with it saying "PLEASE SELECT AN OPTION" But it is all in
training the customers, some get it the first time others may take a year.
As of this year we have only have maybe 15 people still not get the option (still with the WS2 in the back saying "PLEASE SELECT AN OPTION")
There is an automatic selection timer, on page 48 of the WS2 man, but i think it is for the wash not the option.
I know that is it nice to have the option and make a fast $, but it is about
training the customers, so if your doing an upgrade to your wash and going to have it down for some time it helps out, bc the customer is come up think that things have changed, even though he most likely cant see them.
