Well now there is someone calling himself a minister in FL who is going to burn a copy of the Koran. Whoop de do. All the talking heads in the main stream media are just atwitter about this. How can he do this they ask with outrage. Two things.One,this minister is a nut. Two, where were all these concerned commentators when the "artists" put a crucifix in a bottle of urine? Or when another made a portrait of the virgin Mary out of elephant dung? Give me a break.

Just read a column by Mike Adams that seems to have a solution for this. Let the imams start building the mosque at ground zero and then have the socalled minister burn the koran in front of the site. The two sides will eliminate each other and we will have fewer idiots to contend with.

What gets me is that no one seems to care when they burn a christain or jewish church, or blow up a bunch of people, or our flag, but talk about burning their bible and all hell breaks loose. I think that if I were going to burn something, I'd wait until the next church is burned or something is bombed, then burn one, and the next time too, at least there would be a relationship. Not that commenerating 9/11 isn't mportant, but I'd do it differently. Of course, it doesn't help that this guy is a bit of a fruitcake, apparently got run out of a church in Germany years back.
It might be a little different if the "peace loving Muslims" openly condemned the radicals, until that start happening, I don't see how we are to make a distinction. Anytime we have a white/christian radical here, that does something, he is quickly taken care of.
