I will never complain about counting money! Sure I've got the right equipment to make counting quicker (and more fun), but the more money I have to count the better.

My cummins bill and coin counters are not used to their full potential, so I'm happy to offer help to those having trouble counting money. Just send your bills and coin my way, I'll even eliminate the need for you yo take the money to the bank, and deposit the funds to my account.

Not looking for one that sorts. Just one where I can drop in mixed denominations and it gives me the toal dollar amount as opposed to the total number of notes.

Does this give the total number of notes or the total value for mixed currency?

The bank will accept unsorted mixed denomimnations.
Was just checking the Forum before I head out. I don't have a model number but we have had two Glory bill descriminators and have had very few problems. Both were purchased from Windtrax, not sure if they still carry them or not. The model we have does not have counterfeit detection but will give total $'s counted for a mixed batch which is something you're looking for.

I replaced my Scan Coin after multiple malfunctions with a $200. Royal Soverign RBC1000 from Sam's Club about twelve years ago. It doesn't sort, but it has never not worked! The only maintenance has been the occasional cleaning of the optical sensors with compressed air.

Mr. Clean,

I notice that on ours it says Model # RBC1003 so I wonder if ours is their third generation model ... hopefully the quality that you describe is still there. We get a large number of fives & tens in our bill acceptors ... which also helps the bill counter last longer we believe.

IO recently had my fiorst ever unit serviced (Not the royal Sovereign) that one is a Toyocom. Think I paifd about $600 15 years ago.

Anyway, asked what they had and they said they had a Cummins 4062 that they could not upgrade for the new 100's which is not really an issue since the biggest mess is Bill acceptors and changer cash. It's refurbed for $800 so I am foing to take the plunge since they are local and will service.

I have a Glory (not sure of model #) brand two pocket bill sorter. Had it many years, and have had it serviced once to update for new $5 bills. It will count a mixed batch of bills and give you a total $ amount. It works great!
