Dynajet said they have never had a repair fail. All seal and o-ring seating areas are stainless steel after the repair. I've been sending manifolds to them for more than 15 years and have never had any issue with them, other than it being slightly more difficult to get the valves back in.

You can ship it to them in a Priority Mail flat rate box for $15.05.

I usually send two at a time in the flat-rate box.

I just had the valve seats wash out on a 310 head that was done in 2004. So 16 years on a fairly busy bay is pretty good, I think. KR says I can send it back and they can re-sleeve it again.

Yes, they will have to remove them if you don't, and you may not get your valves, caps, and retainers back.

Kleen rite is still resleeving heads. Price is 185.99 for all ports on a 310 or 5cp. They also sleeve 3535 but not sure of current price. They use a company called IDS and have been for over 10 years.

Okay well sent my head to Dyna Jet via ups ground and I got it back marked as "reciever not accepted" is there some secret I dont know about? This is my first pump head to send to him.

That sucks, it wasn't all that long ago I talked to someone. I guess they're gone. Their site is also not showing up, and Google shows them as permanently closed. I didn't think to check that before I recommended them.

I had him do some heads for me. He said he was doing pretty much anything DynaJet didn't want. He does 3535s and whatever else someone sends him, so I don't think the 5CP will be any issue for him at all.
