Early Summer Paint Job

Arcadian Chemical modified a lot of those washes.

The roof trough was one of those modifications. If you want to consider upgrading, check out the second post in the following link. A nice, tidy setup. The "L" shape makes servicing easier than the "U" shaped trough.

Mines the same, even the same street sign style. But I was built in 1988. Even my autos had the roof trough before I remodeled, strange how they change things up.
 
Yes this is an old Super Wash, this one was built in 1986. The roof trough was a later mod, the old trough looks like it was PVC pipe.

Need to do signage now. On the front top soffit/skirt of the building, see the last picture for a mockup. Anybody got any ideas for colors on the sign's verbiage instead of blue?

I've got LED color changing rope lights coming to go under the soffit/top skirt to illuminate the white section of wall at night.

Whatcha guys think?

Whelp it took exactly 7 days..... since we finished painting until someone crashed into the building. "Your wall damaged my vehicle"
