I really hated the red color. The final color scheme includes some white, but this is just the base coat to hide the red.

For sure. It has a roof trough over the self serve instead of the ceiling trough. Maybe it was changed at some point.

Arcadian Chemical modified a lot of those washes.

The roof trough was one of those modifications. If you want to consider upgrading, check out the second post in the following link. A nice, tidy setup. The "L" shape makes servicing easier than the "U" shaped trough.

Yes this is an old Super Wash, this one was built in 1986. The roof trough was a later mod, the old trough looks like it was PVC pipe.

Need to do signage now. On the front top soffit/skirt of the building, see the last picture for a mockup. Anybody got any ideas for colors on the sign's verbiage instead of blue?

I've got LED color changing rope lights coming to go under the soffit/top skirt to illuminate the white section of wall at night.

Whatcha guys think?

This night time drone shot tells me I need more lighting on the right side of the parking lot, near the shed and back entrance.
Otherwise though, I'm pleased with how this turned out.
