Did it cause any damage?

Maybe caking/powdering or drying of the product somewhere in the lines and the initial air pressure form that cycle pushed it out?

It is stuck to the car's paint & wheel well like crazy, & won't come off.
We looked at the camera, & he doesn't act surprised or crazy, when it supposedly comes out. Matter of fact, he just keeps washing mats & the car. It was a detailer, washing for another customer...
I think they ran over something like Liquid Nails, or similar, & trying to pin it on us🤔🤨

That looks too big to come out of the wand tip. I'm calling BS and I bet you are correct about running over something like caulk.

Is that stretchy? If so that didn't come out of the chemical. as mentioned, no way that came out of a tip either.

This is some we picked off the tire...🙄
Now that I see the pic close up - no way that came out of a wand tip or could have made it through and smaller orifices without plugging. From the first description I thought it came out and only dried further once it got on the car. That did not come out of a wand.

Ran over freshly painted lines in the street!
Could be, but they live in Country. So we figured some Liquid Nails, or something like that. But, they must know it was them,ad they haven't been back

That's paint they ran over in the street. Whether it's guideline paint, latex house paint etc., it is something they ran over while driving, not something that came from your wash.
