JC Parts Buyers guide part 2

Thought I would add some stuff I had found and ask for help on things I haven't. The Air cylinders that drive the presoak direction need to have air tool oil put in them regularly, if they seize on you the part number for the WW 2.0s is NCMC125-0200 and I found them on the web for about $33. Has anyone bought the bearings for the track wheels? Also, the boom lovejoy keeps going out on me about every year, any thoughts on why?...where to get them other than JC? Thanks

I used to have Ryko track units that would go through wheel bearings all the time. I finally started buying stainless steel bearings used for marine applications. They are about twice as much as a regular bearing $30 vs. $60. They should be availible through your local bearing supply house.

pillow block bearings

I started buying the stainless steel bearings from bob hill on ebay. I can get the bearings for the track rollers for $80 each they seem to be very good quality. I also purchased my heims bearings and belts from him. If you do not find him let me know. I just replace all the bearings and drive wheels on one automatic and now I am rehoseing it.

Anyone outsourced the main drive gearbox or found a replacement for the WW1.0? I had mine go out yesterday and I used my only spare.

I have purchased the yellow pushbuttons from the Manufacture. I have both the plain yellow and the foam brush "push for foam". I just could not pay the $18 from coleman. I had to place a large order and wait 6 weeks for manufacturing. If you need any send me a message. I can sell for $12 each. Bill killed my last post because I included my phone and email.

Is the part # for the air cylinder's a JC part # or from what you found on the web. If found on the web, do you have a company name or manufacturer. One of my air cylinder's is bad and I'm sure the other two will be soon to follow.

sorry for late reply. Part number is mfg part number (not made by JC) and I just did a web search to find it.

Telco Eyes

Just a note to let you know I bought Telco Eyes for my WW 1.0 off of Kleenrite and save a bunch compared to anyone else I have ever bought them off of. I am not sure that they stock a lot of these though. I think I got the last two they had in stock. I told them they need to get more because I order them more often than I would like.

Omron Input Card

Just a note to let you know that when I needed to replace the Omron SRT ID16 card in my WW 1.0 JC wanted $431. I found it locally for $279.50 at Hy-Tech Sales in Plum, PA. Here is their website:

I know this is an lod thread but here is great find for the tie rod ends for a WW 1.0. I was replacing these twice a year in the past but these have held up great for an entire year and they still are not worn. Paid $2.99 each for them. Just ordered a new set. One word of warning, while they hold up better than anything else I have used they squeak! Here is link to Amazon. This the only place VXB bearings sells them:

Hey- we could as a group put together an online one page spreadhsheet with google docs with various parts and prices paid. All Coleman owners here could be given access to add and change it as we needed. I could set it up- Anyone interested in contributing information to that if I built it?


Also, FYI- my baldor dealer is starting to get access to the oscillating motors and also the tire brush motor.

Real interested in both the spreadsheet and the news from your Baldor dealer. Any prices on the oscilating motors from them?

Both motors were just a little bit cheaper than through Coleman- $50-100. He is actually starting to stock the oscillating motors. The tire brush motor would have to be made to order and would require a wait.

BTW, for those of you that might not know this, Coleman is changing to another brand of motor. I believe when you have one go out you are supposed to replace all that are driven by the same VFD, so it could make repairs additionally expensive.

See if you can get a part # or is Baldor still using the same number. I have a big Baldor distributor near me who probably should also have access to these motors now.

I should explain- he called with the Coleman numbers and got the info. It was not available on baldors online system.
