i recently changed the timer on my jim coleman combo vacs to dixmor 6s but I have an issue in the past the customer could only select either vacuum or fragrance but after the timer change they are able to switch back and forth from vacuum to fragrance is time is remaining . did I miss some programming on the timer I want the customer to be able to select vac or frag and not be able to switch over until the cycle times out

Not sure but the timer should switch back and adjust time based on how you programmed the respective items so why not let them swich if the time per respective vend remains the same? (Sorry, don't know if the 6s adjusts for this)

the issue is my frag is set for $1 for 45 sec and vacuum $1 for 4 mins , this weekend a customer just started to vacuum and her son decided to press buttons on the vacuum and the timer went to the 45 sec time set for frag losing vacuum time and she had a fit saying that it stole her money. before I changed to 6s the old timer would only let you select one cycle at a time and could not switch over once selected.

What you need to do is test by having it go back and forth by pushing selctor buttons and see if it also adds time if it cycles back to vacuum. It should adjust both ways. If so, you can then explain it to her ..... next time.
