Hi friends, I was surprised to see this lovely post. I appreciate your compliments and good wishes.

I'm doing good and staying healthy. Running a SS car wash for 21 years is starting to take it's toll on me mentally and physically. When I purchased the car wash in 2003, it was run-down. Over 20 years, I pushed hard to make all the improvements. Now, it's beautiful, modern and CRAZY BUSY!! At the very time that I feel that I should be relaxing and enjoying the fruits of my labor, I'm feeling burned out. I currently have 2 PT employees, and looking for a 3rd to take on more responsibilities. My sisters have moved closer to me and would love to spend more time with me. I wish I had sons, uncles, nephews to pass this car wash to. It's been a true labor of love, and a turn-key gem for the next person.
Recently, I upgraded 5 old Mark VII vacuums with new Doyle vacuums. Unfortunately, we had a lot of problems with Doyle's motors and the blame-game between Doyle, their motor company and my commercial electrcians took a lot out of me!

I'll post an update on that soon. I was so excited about the new vacuums in March, but soured by August! 80% failure rate. I'm sure many of you can relate... Also, entitled and inconsiderate customers, dealing with the public, unexpected repairs, working outside long hours cleaning, etc.
