I had a problem with pulsating and it turned out to be a problem with the water saver unloader. Is it happening with high pressure and water saver?

WW Part# 62045* ********(2” Check Valve) :$130.00

WW Part # 65907*********Qty of 2 *(2”Close Nipple) : $7.96

WW Part# 66387-4N* **Qty of 2 (2” Nylon Street Elbow) : $14.20

Total of “All” items: $152.16

With the understanding that you will reuse the tank Bung and Screen Filte

You may try that 1st. Sometimes the larger check valve solves this issue, as the Cat takes a larger initial bust, than does the General or HyPro

Check all 6 of the checkvalves on the pump head. When you find one that is cracked or that has something stuck in it, replace it. Odds are it will only be one checkvalve as those pumps are bulletproof. If you jump right on a pulsating pump there will be no need to re-sleeve or replace it. We have 3535’s that are 20+ years old still running but you can’t continue to run them with a pulse and expect them not to groove out.

Did the check valve thing and everything else pump was 18 yrs old and I replaced the front part with a spare that I had. And priced the resleeving from several companies.
