Definitely Dixmor...they’ve repaired a few for me quickly and thoroughly. Just send in the board and description of the problem. If the numbers are getting dim, they can replace the LEDs also

Send it with your name, phone number, and return address with a description of the problem. You don't need to call them. They'll call you for a CC number when it's ready to ship back.

Turnaround is generally very fast, repair costs are usually very low.

Thanks - good info!

I would imagine they took it ( the timer display) out so that customers don't take full advantage of the time. and just pull through....The dryers pull ALOT OF AMPS.= save a lot of $$ on the power bill and speeds the wash up for the next customer?

I sent mine in a year and a half ago because some of the sections had burnt out. Dixmor repaired them and sent them back quickly which was great!

However, now I'm noticing that some letter sections are going bad again already.. I've never had a Dixmor screen burn out but the dryer one sure seems to.
