Modding an "Old" Mark VII Pump Stand

It is the PH199-55..... 199K btu modulating and 55 gallon tank...The link below has it the cheapest of anybody online, that I could find. They charged $200 for shipping. It came packaged/crated better than expexted and with no issues...

2Biz,

On our CLA Planet laundry forum ... there is a very experienced laundromat operator (Larry Adamski of Muskegon, Michigan) who has been using two Phoenix by HTP for into a few years now & so far they are proving to be an excellent choice as he explains from time to time.

I read the thread he started on the Laundry Forum before deciding on what to buy....It helped with my decision to go that route...Thanks! So far I am not disappointed...

More to show what you can do with old outdated equipment!

This is my old Low Pressure System with a separate air solenoid and regulator for each bay along with the troublesome PVC pipe....

The new Low Pressure System....One Air Regulator for each FB and PS system. Note old position of regulators...Before I needed CV's to keep from back-feeding the regulators when combining/teeing LP air to the bays. New system, regulator is ahead of the solenoids allowing me to eliminate the CV's...

And Finally, (This one is for you IB)....The new FB and PS air shutoff solenoids to eliminate those 1500 gallon ER floods I've had in the past...

***Note the relays I used have a Red Led when activated. A nice feature***

The 1/8" SS Kips are plenty big enough for the air needed for the flojets...

And finally, the soap and wax feeds...I like using the clear LLDPE tubing so I can see the color of the chemical....Its easy to see if there is a problem with dilution ratios...
