thank you for the compliment. The company I now sell for is not perfect. But then, none of them are. I just know that if there is an issue with something I sold (and yes there have been some) I can get it resolved or get the manufacturer to get it resolved. There are other salesmen out there that do the same thing. Some of us just like to set the bar a little higher.

my original salesman was awesome. i did learn more than him about troubleshooting out of necessity, but that wasn't a problem. he sold his wash and then notified me when the new owner tore out his equipment and had a huge supply of awesome used parts which i bought at a very reasonable price.

not all distributors are bad; there are some very good ones. mine was Harry Curth. he helped me get my start in carwashing and i'll always be grateful.
