Ok..

Looking at concentrated chemicals I get it.. Don't need to buy as much product for it to last longer.. However.. I still need to mix the product with water in my equipement rooms.

Theoretically isn't that what we are doing with the Hydrominder?

Is there a special tip that is available other than standard 511 tips that will cut consumption so that we do not need to cut the chemical with water?

Just looking at consolidation of floor space and spillage issues. Just cut my triple foam.. am a a colored monster.. a real mess.

There are ultra-lean kits you can use, which basically dilute it twice as it draws straight from the concentrate.

I`ve used the ultra lean tips without diluting the product. The problem was keeping the tiny hole unclogged. They are really small. I`m not talking about trash in the product. Dilute it and go with the smaller diameter tips and hose. If you will get rid of that half inch hose in the product you will be a lot happier.

Mike at Kleenrite talked me into trying vanilla cream hp soap years ago.
He didn't tell me to dilute it, he just told me to use the smallest tip.
When I got it I changed the tip, put the hose into the 5 gal. bucket.
The next day I got there I had thick soap all over the cars & bays and these HUGE soap bubbles floating in the air. The customers loved it.
I called Mike a couple of days later to tell him about all the soap and bubbles.
That's when he asked me if I read the directions. I didn't have my glasses with me. Oops.
The tip didn't clogged but I went ahead and mixed it right.
I just wonder what would have happened if I left it alone.

I use Kleen-rite Vanilla Cream soap for both the High pressure soap and Foam brush soap. It works great, lots of suds and it smells good, seems to clean well. I mix it with 10 gallons of water to a 5 gallon pail of soap, like the directions on the side of the container tell you to. I use a Turtle wax dual tip metering block on the Hydrominder, this cuts it down even further.
