THANK YOU . Tremendous help. I have had a similar issue with a 5 year old Soft Gloss and my Auto Sentry. Mine was intermittent with the Wash busy signal staying on, so the Auto Sentry would not admit a paid car. I replaced a PIO board on my auto sentry never solving it. Several days would go by working perfectly. I am going to check all my photo eyes for cleanliness and alignment. I know the tire finder eyes have been run over several times .

Softgloss Max 5… “please wait equipment not ready” this is the message on our kiosk, but inside cw screen says “no problems seen” Any ideas? Thanks

UPDATE… working again. Reset the DAN computer. We’ve done this before and it worked for 2 months then same issue. Will see, fingers crossed. Thank you all for your help!!!!!! : )

We routinely reboot our gold line at least twice a week…
